“Coherent Optical Metrology Beyond Electric-Dipole-Allowed Transitions” or short “COMB.AT” is the name of a Special Research Program Assoc. Prof. Heckl is leading. The program brings scientists from four different academic institutions together to study the advantages and limitations of the interaction of light (that carries topological charges) with matter.
